  3. Phoenix Capital Research is not liable for losses from market movements, system outages, or communication delays.

  3. Streetgains, its affiliates, and employees are not liable for:
    1. Market fluctuations
    2. System failures
    3. Delays in service delivery

8. Disclosures & Conflicts of Interest

  1. Phoenix Capital Research and its employees do not trade in securities that are part of recommendations.
  2. No actual or potential conflicts of interest.
  3. No compensation from subject companies.
  4. Research analysts do not hold positions as officers, directors, or employees in subject companies.
  5. Phoenix Capital Research has not engaged in market-making activities for subject companies.

9. Disciplinary History

  1. No pending legal proceedings or material litigations against Phoenix Capital Research.
  2. SEBI has not issued penalties or directions related to research services.

10. Free Trial Terms

  1. Free trial includes up to three sessions or an extension.
  2. Usage data may be collected to evaluate engagement and improve services.
  3. User may cancel the free trial anytime before it ends to avoid subscription charges.
  4. Trial recommendations are for informational purposes only and not investment advice.

11. Consent to Contact

  1. By opting for the free trial, user consents to be contacted by Streetgains via:
    1. WhatsApp
    2. App notifications
    3. SMS

12. Service Termination

  1. Services may be discontinued by providing written notice.
  2. Agreement continues to govern actions taken before termination.

13. Standard Warning

Agreement Acceptance

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this User Agreement. This agreement is governed by the laws of India and SEBI regulations.
