II. Cancellation with No Refunds

It is also to be noted that subscriptions may be cancelled with no refunds in case of the following events:

Fraudulent Activities

Including but not limited to: copying our content, sharing login details with other parties except yourself and reselling the research content.

Verbal Disrespect

Towards employees of Pheonix Capital Research or its associates.

Inappropriate Activities

Any activities deemed as inappropriate by Pheonix Capital Research employees and its associates (for ex. unsolicited unprofessional messages).

Reputation Damage

Posting bad reviews either written/graphic/video on social media, with an intention to damage the reputation of the company. In such case, the company has made Grievance Redressal Process (as per SEBI RA compliance) for the benefit of users to follow the process in case of issues found with the services.
